What we collect when you use studios77.com, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. Written in plain language, no clauses buried in the middle.

Who we are

Studios 77 is a creative digital studio. This policy covers studios77.com and any enquiry you send us through it. If you have a question about anything below, write to hello@studios77.com.

What we collect

Only what you hand us and what the site needs to run. We do not buy data, sell data, or build advertising profiles.

Enquiry form
Your name, email, company if you give one, the services you tick, and your message. Used to reply to you and nothing else.
Server logs
Our host records IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This keeps the site secure and helps us spot faults and abuse.
Analytics
Aggregate figures on pages viewed and where visits come from. We look at totals, not individuals.
Uploads
If you send files, strip location data from images first. Photographs can carry the coordinates of where they were taken.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of cookies. Essential ones keep pages working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, count visits anonymously.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site; blocking analytics changes nothing you can see.

Embedded content

Some pages may embed content from other websites, such as videos or maps. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that website directly, so those providers can set their own cookies and track your interaction with what they serve. Their policies apply to that content, not ours.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that run the site and our email, and only as far as they need it: our hosting provider, our email provider, and our analytics provider. We never sell or rent your details. We disclose data to anyone else only where the law requires it.

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare processes limited technical data for that check, under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. It is not used to track you or to build a profile.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to continue the conversation or meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Server logs are held for a short period for security purposes. Analytics figures are aggregate and not tied to you.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within one month.

  • Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Erase your data, unless we are obliged to keep it for legal or administrative reasons.
  • Object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use.

Email hello@studios77.com with the request. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry data is limited to Studios 77. No system is immune, so if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
